How do I order online?
If you are not a registered user you must first sign up for a new account. You may do this at the time of your first purchase. If you have placed an order via phone, fax or mail you are already an account holder and may access our website immediately to make a purchase. What methods of payment can I use?
For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card. We also take cashiers checks and money orders. We do not accept personal checks.
How do I know if my order was received?
If your order was placed online you will see an onscreen confirmation. Additionally, you will receive an email with order summary details and confirmation number. If your order was placed by mail, fax or phone a customer service representative will confirm your order. You will then receive an email with order summary details and confirmation number.
When will my order ship?
Your order will typically ship within 24 hours; however, heavy fluctuations in order volume may cause temporary delays in processing.
Can I check the status of my order?
By accessing your online account you will be able to check your order status. You may also track shipment of orders where tracking information is available.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most of our packages arrive in 3-7 days from the date the order was placed. However, some products may take longer to arrive due to location, weather conditions, etc.

Yes, once you login to your account you will be able to review your account information including a complete record of your transaction history.
